Ayurveda, translated from Sanskrit, means “Science of Life.” It is a way of healing and a way of life that always considers the whole person. In Ayurveda, slow and steady is the best route to successful change.
A private consultation includes an extended interview about your eating habits, sleeping patterns, digestion, emotional makeup, your lifestyle and the way you exercise.
I use the ancient knowledge to determine your personal, unique constitution and from there we work together to design a methodical, easy and practical way to do small shifts in your lifestyle that will make a big difference. Ayurveda will gently suggest those shifts and will not “take away” your joys.
These methods will include:
- Recommendations around food and eating habits
- Self care for body, mind and heart
- Color and aromatherapy
In each case, I will set you up with an understanding of these tools and how you can use them to balance yourself.
